Let AI automatically configure your sourcing criteria based on the vacancy you select, so you can find the best candidates without any manual setup.

Use AI to configure your sourcing criteria automatically

When setting up a sourcing agent, you no longer need to manually configure all criteria in the Source Candidates step. With the "Let AI configure sourcing" toggle enabled, the AI automatically extracts relevant information from the selected vacancy and uses it to set up the sourcing criteria.

What it does

The AI reads the selected vacancy and fills in criteria for skills, certifications, work experience, and location automatically. It also adjusts criteria where needed to surface the best matching candidates.

How to use it

  1. Go to Agents and open the agent builder.

  2. Add or open the Source Candidates step.

  3. Select the vacancy you want to source for.

  4. Enable the "Let AI configure sourcing" toggle.

The AI will now configure the sourcing criteria automatically based on the vacancy content.

Previously

You had to add a Vacancies step and manually fill in all sourcing filters. This toggle removes that manual setup entirely.
