With the Copilot you can operate the entire system through chat or voice. You open the chat on the left side of the screen. You can give instructions in any language, by typing or with your voice.
The Copilot opens on the left next to the main screen. At the bottom is the input field with the paperclip and the voice button.
Features
Voice mode: click the voice button and control Jaicob with your voice.
Add a file: click the paperclip to add a file from your computer.
@ mention: type @ to pick a job, candidate or client from the system. We strongly recommend this, for example when sourcing. That way Jaicob knows exactly which job or candidate you mean. There may be two jobs with almost the same name, for example, or two candidates called Peter Janssen.
Examples with an @ mention:
"@Peter de Vries: send a proposal email to client Philips."
"@Sales Executive: generate a new message for this job."
What can the Copilot do?
send emails, WhatsApp messages and LinkedIn messages
send connection requests
source candidates
match candidates with jobs, and the other way around
pull up reports
create tasks and calendar appointments
add clients
send CVs in your house style
create jobs and rewrite job descriptions
propose candidates to clients
change statuses
retrieve or analyze information
enrich or clean up your database
Example prompt: "Go to the applications overview, open the latest job, publish it on my job board, see which candidates fit best and, if needed, search LinkedIn for suitable people."
Not sure if something is possible? Just try it. Jaicob will tell you whether it works.
Blocks in the chat
If you ask for the newest candidate, for example, a clickable block appears. Click it and the candidate profile opens in a sidebar on the right.
On the left a candidate block in the chat. After a click, the candidate profile opens on the right.
Sourcing through the chat
If you start sourcing through the chat, Jaicob first asks a few questions. Sourcing is always based on a job. If the job doesn't exist yet, Jaicob creates one. Jaicob may also ask you to tick must-haves. The more must-haves you select, the fewer profiles will meet them. The job description is leading, together with the must-haves.
Tips for better prompts
Be clear and specific in your instruction.
Add examples or tone preferences (formal, informal, enthusiastic).
Give context when you want something rewritten.
Use @ to quickly pick the right job, candidate or client.
More example prompts
"Create a job for a Frontend Developer in Amsterdam with a salary of 4000 euros."
"Write a follow-up email for this candidate who applied last week."
"Make this job description shorter and more direct."
"Write an informal invitation for an introductory meeting on Friday afternoon."
"Write a first outreach message for this lead."
"Translate this message into English."
"Compare these two candidates and give a preference."
Starting a new chat
Click New chat (Nieuwe chat). Do this regularly, especially for a new search. Otherwise Jaicob may carry over information from an earlier conversation that is no longer relevant.
Closing or stopping the chat
Click the cross to close the chat. Any action in progress continues in the background.
Want to really stop an action? Click the stop button. While Jaicob is working, the send button turns into a stop button.
