What is the Copilot in Jaicob?

The Copilot is your personal AI assistant in Jaicob. You’ll find it in the top-left corner of your screen. With the Copilot, you can give commands in natural language and let AI handle tasks for you.

What can the Copilot do?

  • Create job posts

  • Rewrite or update applications

  • Draft emails

  • Propose candidates to clients

  • Change statuses

  • Retrieve or analyze information

  • Enrich or clean up your database

Everything works via clear instructions in any language.


How to use the Copilot

1. Open the Copilot

Click the Copilot icon at the top-left. A window will open where you can type your command.

2. Type a command

Tell the AI what you want it to do. Examples:

  • “Create a job post for a Frontend Developer in Amsterdam with a €4000 salary.”

  • “Write a follow-up email for this candidate who applied last week.”

  • “Propose this candidate to client ‘Xebia’.”

  • “Make this job description shorter and more direct.”

  • “Find candidates for Marketing Manager in Utrecht.”

The Copilot understands context, so there’s no need to switch screens.

3. Optionally select a profile

Use @ to select a candidate, vacancy, or client if needed.

Examples:

  • “@Peter de Vries → Send a proposal email to client Philips.”

  • “@Job: Sales Executive → Generate a new message.”

You can be as specific as you like:

  • “Write an informal invitation for an intro meeting on Friday afternoon.”

  • “Rewrite this job post in an attractive style with clear bullet points.”

The Copilot works on almost every page in Jaicob:

  • Inbox

  • Applications

  • Clients

Not available on the Settings page.


Tips for better prompts

  • Be clear and specific

  • Add examples or tone preferences (formal, informal, enthusiastic)

  • Include context for rewrites

  • Use @ to select profiles quickly
