How to use the AI chat
1. Start a new chat
Click the ‘New chat’ button at the top-left. A window will open where you can type your command.
2. Type or speak a command
Tell the AI what you want it to do. You can type your command or use voice mode to speak it out loud. Examples:
“Create a job post for a Frontend Developer in Amsterdam with a €4000 salary.”
“Write a follow-up email for this candidate who applied last week.”
“Propose this candidate to client ‘Xebia’.”
“Make this job description shorter and more direct.”
“Find candidates for Marketing Manager in Utrecht.”
The AI chat understands context, so there’s no need to switch screens.
3. Optionally select a profile
Use @ to select a candidate, vacancy, or client if needed.
Examples:
“@Peter de Vries → Send a proposal email to client Philips.”
“@Job: Sales Executive → Generate a new message.”

You can also operate the AI chat with your voice. Turn on voice mode and speak your command instead of typing it.
