How to reject applicants:
Go to ‘Applications’
Navigate to the Applications section from the menu on the left.
Select the applications
Use the checkboxes to select one or more applications you want to reject.
Click ‘Reject’
Once selected, a Reject button will appear at the bottom of your screen.
Choose a rejection reason
Pick a reason for the rejection. This will be logged for reporting purposes.
💡 You can manage and customise your rejection reasons via
Settings > Rejection Reasons (under Personalisation).
Choose whether to send an email
By default, Jaicob will generate a personalised rejection email using AI.
Toggle this off if you want to reject without sending a message.
