How do I change the avatar of a candidate or client?
Changing the avatar (profile picture) of a candidate or client in Jaicob is easy with the prompt bar.
Follow these steps:
Open the prompt bar at the bottom of your screen.
Click the paperclip icon to upload a file.
Upload the image you’d like to use as the avatar.
Press @ to quickly select a candidate or client from the list.
Then type in the prompt bar:
Update the avatar of this candidate or Update the avatar of this client.
The uploaded image will be automatically set as the new avatar.
💡 Tip: For the best result, use a square image.
