Automatically importing candidates from a Meta Lead Form (Facebook & Instagram)

Learn how to automatically import candidates from a Facebook and Instagram Lead Form campaign into Jaicob using Zapier.

Preparation in Meta

Before you begin, make sure your Lead Form includes at least the following fields:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

Set up the connection in Zapier

  1. Log in to Zapier or create an account

  2. Click + Create Zap in the top left

  3. Choose Facebook Lead Ads as the trigger

  4. Select trigger event: New Lead

  5. Connect your Facebook account

  6. Click Continue

Set Jaicob as your action in Zapier

  1. Add a new action in Zapier

  2. Search and select Jaicob

  3. If this is your first time, paste a new API key from Jaicob

    (You can find it under Settings > API & Integrations)

  4. For the Action event, choose Create applicant

  5. Select your Jaicob account under Account

Map fields and test

  1. Map the fields (First name, Last name, Phone number, Email address)

  2. Select the vacancy you want to link the application to under ‘Vacancy’.

  3. Under ‘Source’, select the origin, such as the name of the form, campaign, or advertisement.

  4. Test the connection
