What can you do with phases?

  • Keep a clear overview of your recruitment process

How to edit phases

  1. Click your name or avatar in the bottom-left corner

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Click Phases under Personalisation

  4. Here you can add, rename, reorder, or colour-code your phases

Tip:

Use clear and action-based names for your phases, for example:

  • Phone screening scheduled

  • Ready to propose to client

  • Follow-up after interview
