When do required actions appear?
When Jaicob’s AI needs feedback to continue a task, a notification will appear at the bell icon in the top right corner of your screen.
Click the bell to see a list of actions waiting for your input.
How to handle required actions
Click the bell icon in the top right
You’ll see a list of open actions with a short description, like:
Review phone screening and define next steps
Click ‘Open application’ or the related item
Type your input in the prompt bar, for example:
I’ve reviewed the candidate and would like to hire him.
What happens next?
Based on your feedback, the AI will automatically take the next steps, such as:
Moving the candidate to the next stage
Scheduling an appointment
Creating a contract
Sending feedback to a client or candidate
Tip:
Be specific and natural in your response. No need for formal language – just say what should happen next.
