Adding a document
To add a document:
Open the candidate, client, or vacancy profile.
Go to the Documents tab.
Click Add Document and upload your file.
The document will be saved and visible in the profile.
Adding a note
To add a note:
Open the candidate, client, or vacancy profile.
Navigate to the Notes tab.
Click Add Note and write your update or comment.
Save the note, it will now be linked to the profile.
β Tip: Use notes to log feedback, interviews, phone calls or internal updates.
