How do I add a document or note to a candidate, client, or vacancy?

Learn how to easily attach documents or notes to candidates, clients, or jobs using the prompt bar.

Adding a document

  1. Click the paperclip icon in the prompt bar to upload a file.

  2. Use a prompt like:

    “Attach this file to this candidate”

    or

    “Add this document to client Philips Tech”

The AI will process and attach the file accordingly.


Adding a note

  1. First, select the candidate, client, or job using @ in the prompt bar.

  2. Then type a prompt like:

    “Add note: Spoke to Peter today, he’s on holiday.”

    The note will be linked to the selected profile.


Tip:

You can use notes to log emails, feedback, or updates. Be clear in your language so the AI understands the context.
