What is Memory?

Memory allows you to store instructions that the AI will remember and apply to future prompts. This helps you avoid repeating the same preferences every time and keeps your output consistent.

Why use Memory?

Memory helps you:

  • Save time on repeated instructions

  • Work consistently across tasks

  • Align output with your tone, style, or structure

Examples of useful memories:

  • “Always write vacancies in this structure:” [Insert example]

  • “Use an informal tone in all messages.”

  • “Avoid using emojis in business communication.”

  • “Write emails in English unless specified otherwise.”

How to add a memory:

  1. Go to Settings > Memory

  2. Click “Add new memory”

  3. Give it a title or short description

  4. Add your instruction or paste an example

  5. Click Save

The AI will now automatically apply this memory to relevant tasks.

How to manage memory:

In the same screen, you can:

  • Edit memories

  • Temporarily disable them

  • Delete them

You stay in full control of what the AI remembers.

Tip:

Create different memories for different use cases, like vacancies, outreach, or summaries, to stay organized and efficient.
