How to connect Jaicob with Indeed

Learn how to connect your Indeed employer account to Jaicob via the App Store. This integration allows you to automatically publish jobs and receive applicants directly in Jaicob.

How to connect Jaicob to Indeed

  1. Go to Settings in Jaicob

  2. Open the App Store

  3. Click on the Indeed app

  4. Click Add Account

  5. Log in once using your Indeed employer account

✅ That’s it. Your Indeed account is now connected.

After connection

  • All jobs created in Jaicob will automatically be posted to Indeed

  • All applicants will automatically appear in Jaicob

  • No manual actions required

Important for recruitment agencies

If you are a recruitment agency, you can only post sponsored jobs on Indeed.

This means your jobs will only be visible after you assign a budget and choose to sponsor them.

This rule does not apply to companies hiring for their own internal roles — they can post jobs for free.
