Why connect your own email address?
By default, Jaicob sends emails from a system address like:
To send messages from your own business email (e.g. [email protected]), you can connect your Outlook or Exchange account. This improves trust and increases open rates.
How to connect your Outlook/Exchange account
In Jaicob, go to Settings (bottom left via your avatar or name)
Click on App Store
Find and click the Outlook app
Click Add account
Log in with your Microsoft account
Approve access if prompted
You can add multiple Outlook or Exchange accounts if needed.
Set your default email address
After connecting:
Go to Settings > General > Email
Select the email address you want to use by default
What happens after connecting?
All emails sent from Jaicob will now use your own email address. The recipient will see your real business email instead of a Jaicob system address.
