Create a job using the prompt window
In Jaicob, you can create a new job instantly using the prompt window. No need to fill out forms — just type what you want, and the AI takes care of the rest.
Example prompts:
“Create a job post for a Frontend Developer in Amsterdam, salary €4000 per month.”
“Write a job description for a sales rep in Utrecht and link it to client ‘Boltr Inc.’”
“Generate a job based on this profile for a senior recruiter.”
Edit a job after it’s created
Need to change the job text later? Just use the prompt window.
Type what you want to change, for example:
“Make this job description shorter and more direct.”
“Add a paragraph about career growth.”
“Rewrite this in a more casual tone.”
Jaicob will generate a revised version instantly, based on your feedback.
Copy a job from another website and improve it
Found a job description elsewhere?
Simply copy and paste it into the prompt window, then add:
“Improve this job post and make it more engaging.”
Jaicob will rewrite it clearly and attractively — no editing required.
Link the job to a client
You can link the job directly to a client in the same prompt. Just include the client’s name, for example:
“Create a job for a Java Developer and link it to client MatchPerfect.”
The AI will connect it automatically.
Tip: Save your preferred job structure using memory
Want all your job posts to follow a consistent format (e.g. sections like “About the company”, “Role description”, “What we offer”)?
Go to Settings > Memory and create a new memory.
Write something like:
“Always create job posts in this structure”
and paste your preferred example.
Jaicob will remember this for future jobs.
