Linking candidates to jobs in Jaicob
In Jaicob, you can quickly link a candidate to a job using the AI chat. The @ shortcut lets you search for and select the right candidate or job without switching screens.
How it works:
Start a new chat and press @
This opens a search menu where you can choose from Jobs or Candidates
Select the job or candidate you want to target
For example, choose a job as the target or a candidate as the starting point
Type or speak what you want to do
For example: “Link Peter to this job” or “Connect this candidate to the Java Developer role”
The AI will understand your intent and create the link automatically.
Prompt examples:
“Link Peter Smit to this job”
“Connect this candidate to the Backend Developer position”
“Assign Sarah to this vacancy”
Tip:
You can do this from any screen in Jaicob, as long as you use the @ shortcut to select the right job or candidate. It’s fast and click-free. You can type your command or use voice mode to speak it out loud.
